Nancy Baum is health policy director at the Center for Health and Research Transformation (CHRT). She serves as a staff representative for Mi Care Connect (MiCC), formerly known as the State Innovation Model (SIM).

Nancy holds a PhD from the Department of Health Management and Policy at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and a master of health science (MHS) degree from Johns Hopkins University.
