The Washtenaw Health Initiative Steering Committee provides strategic oversight and sets program priorities. The committee is comprised of 22 members, both organizational members and community members.
Organizational members
Organizational members represent specific organizations that are essential to the mission of the Washtenaw Health Initiative. Each organization designates its own Steering Committee representative who serves until the organization selects a new representative.
Community members
Community members represent various sectors–education, business, philanthropy, etc.–that are vitally important to the mission of the Washtenaw Health Initiative. These members serve rotating, three-year terms, renewable up to three times.
