Hospital community health assessments and improvements (UNITE)

The Washtenaw Health Initiative's (WHI) Unified Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan Team Engagement (UNITE) Group, launched in 2015 by the region’s largest non-profit hospitals, works to identify Washtenaw County health needs, prioritize those needs with the goal of advancing public health and health equity, and inform hospital-driven activities that are designed to address priority needs.
