Community health implementation plan
In November, the UNITE team published its Community Health Implementation Plan. The plan outlined three strategic priorities to improve health in Washtenaw County: mental health and substance use disorders, obesity and related diseases, and preconceptual and perinatal health. In February, the Unified Needs Assessment and Implementation Team Engagement (UNITE) group began to plan an upcoming joint hospital Community Health Needs Assessment.
